This is a reminder to our clients to pay their final instalment of Provisional Tax before the due date on 07 May 2024. You can read more about the Provisional Tax in this IRD guide.
If you're subscribed to our Tax Agency and Reminder Service and have a Provisional Tax to pay, we recently sent you an email containing your tax payment information. This email is from support@dva.co.nz with the Subject Line: Provisional Tax Payment Due on 07 May 2024. If you have an existing TMNZ and IRD arrangement for the period ending 31 March 2024, please disregard the tax letter emailed to you.

Please expect an email from DVA Support containing the information on how to send us the records required to complete your accounts. This email also includes the team assigned to your accounts, the DVA Annual Accounts Process Diagram and the estimated fee to complete the job.

If DVA prepares your Annual Accounts and Financial Statements, your Client Services Coordinator (CSC) will send your draft copies once completed along with information on how to book an annual accounts review meeting via online or at the DVA office. We will also send you pre-work questions for us to be able to prepare for the session and ensure you get maximum value from our time together.
It's important to understand your Annual Accounts and taxation commitments. Devoting time to understanding your accounting reports is one of your first steps toward making better business decisions.
